THE MINISTER OF INFORMATION AND CULTURE ACCUSED ATIKU OF SPREADING FRIGHTEN REPORTS ON NIGERIA DEBIT PROFILE.
The nigerian minister of information and culture know as Lai Mohammed accused former Presidential candidate Atiku Abubakar for spreading false words about Nigerian debt profile.
From the reports, Atiku has lashed out at the federal government over the issue rising on Nigerian debut profile, he said the Buhari led administration of Squandering the opportunities of future generations by bequeathing them a debt that they neither incurred nor enjoyed in his article on Tuesday.
From the statement on Wednesday been June, the minister of information averred that the debt to revenue ratio which Atiku quoted on his post that is not in the MTEF and FSP documents.
He also said the former Vice president suggestion that debt servicing does not equate to debt repayment is not only wrong.
According to him on the statement he side nigerian are owning N943.12billion for debt servicing and N950.56 billion for retained revenue, now Nigerian debt profile currently stands at N27.4trillion.
