URGENT STEPS WILL BE TAKEN, AS FG REACTED OVER THE VIDEO SHOWING SHOPS OF NIGERIAN TRADERS IN GHANA BEING LOCKED UP BY GHANAIAN AUTHORITIES.
Geoffery Onyema who is the minister of foreign Affairs has reacted over viral video that showing forceful closure of shops owned by Nigerian traders in Ghana.
Few days ago a video of a Nigerian trader went viral complaining bitterly as Ghanaian authorites locked up his shop and those of other Nigerains for failing to pay the Ghana investment promotion Council (GIPC) registration which is $1 Million minimum foreign equity.
The video was took to social media to condemn the actions of the Ghanaian authorities over Nigerian traders accusing them of making life unbearable for Nigerians residing in their country.
The minister of foreign affairs who tweet this morning said,"Nigerian Government has watched with dismay the painful videos of the forceful closure of the shops of Nigerians traders in Ghana, Urgent steps will be taken".
